2 Days Safari From Ouarzazate Itinerary

Day 1: Ouarzazate - Skoura - Valley of Roses - Todra - Merzouga Desert :

Start your 2-day journey from Ouarzazate with a scenic drive through the heart of southern Morocco. Along the way, you’ll discover beautiful palm oases, traditional Berber villages, and historic kasbahs. Visit the famous Amridil Kasbah in Skoura before continuing through the fragrant Valley of Roses and the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. After a stop to explore the spectacular Todra Gorges, enjoy lunch surrounded by impressive rock cliffs.

In the afternoon, arrive in the Merzouga Desert, where the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi welcome you. Ride a camel across the sand as the sun sets over the Sahara, creating one of the most unforgettable moments of your trip. At your desert camp, relax with a traditional Moroccan dinner, enjoy Berber music around the campfire, and spend a peaceful night in a comfortable tent beneath a sky filled with stars.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert - Rissani - Draa Valley - Ouarzazate

Wake up early to watch a breathtaking sunrise over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. After this unforgettable experience, ride your camel back to the lodge, where you can enjoy breakfast and prepare for the journey back to Ouarzazate.

We then travel through the desert towns of Rissani, Alnif, Tazzarine, and N’Qob, stopping for lunch along the way. In the afternoon, drive through the beautiful Draa Valley, famous for its endless palm groves, traditional Berber villages, and ancient kasbahs. Passing through Agdez and the scenic Anti-Atlas Mountains, we continue to Ouarzazate.

By late afternoon or early evening, we arrive in Ouarzazate, where we will drop you off at your hotel or riad, marking the end of your unforgettable 2-day Sahara Desert tour.
