Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Sahara Desert Safari, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. We strive to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy while ensuring that accommodations, transportation, guides, and desert camps can be properly arranged for all our guests. Please read the following policy carefully before making your reservation.
Free Cancellation and Full Refund
In the low season, guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the tour departure date and time and receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
For tours booked during the high season, guests may cancel up to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure date and time and receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
High season generally includes major holidays, Christmas and New Year periods, Easter holidays, school vacation periods, and other peak travel dates when demand for accommodations and Desert camps is high.
