Day 1 : Marrakech - High atlas mountains - Boumaln dades

Your 4-day desert trip from Marrakech to Fes begins early, with a pick-up from your hotel or the airport. From there, you’ll travel through the beautiful Atlas Mountains, with stops along the way to enjoy the views and visit the Kasbah of Telouat.

Next, you’ll discover the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed site known for its history and appearances in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. The journey continues to Ouarzazate, often called the gateway to the desert, before heading to Kalaat M’Gouna and the stunning Dades Valley.

By the evening, you’ll arrive in Boumalne Dades, where you’ll spend the night in a comfortable riad and enjoy a delicious dinner. This is just the beginning of a memorable journey filled with beautiful landscapes and unique experiences.

Day 2 : Dades Valley - Todra gorges - Merzouga Desert

After breakfast we will go to the Todra Gorge. It is a valley with high cliffs and great views. You can walk around relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We will have lunch in Tinjdad. Then we will visit Berber villages on our way to Erfoud. Erfoud is known as the Capital of Dates and the gateway, to the Sahara.

Next we will go to the Merzouga Desert. This is where your desert experience starts. You will ride camels across the dunes to get to your camp. At the camp you can. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the desert. In the evening we will have a dinner. After dinner we will listen to Berber music under the stars. Then you will spend the night in Merzouga desert camp.

Day 3 : Merzouga 4x4 Excursion & Second Night in Desert Camp

After we eat breakfast we will leave the camp. Start a fun trip around Merzouga in a 4×4 vehicle. The first place we will visit is a Gnawa village, where you will get to meet the people who live there and listen to their music.

Then we will go to Meffis Mountain to look at some mines that were used a long time ago before we visit a family who lives in the desert and have a cup of tea with them. They will tell us about how they live and what they do every day.

After we eat lunch, you will go for a walk in a desert oasis. It will be very relaxing. In the evening, we will take you to a hotel where you can rest and think about all the things you did during the day. You will have a lot of memories from our trip, to Merzouga.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fez

Begin your day early and watch the desert sunrise it is really beautiful. Then you will have a breakfast. After that we will go to Rissani, which’s a very old town that has a really cool market. After we look around the town we will go to Erfoud. Visit some local workshops that make things with fossilized marble.

We will then drive along the Ziz River. Stop to look at the views of the Ziz Valley and have a casual lunch in Midelt. Next we will go to the cedar forest, where you can play with the Barbary macaques they are really fun. Our last stop will be Ifrane people call it the Switzerland of Morocco. Finally we will drop you off in Fes. That will be the end of your Marrakech to Fes 4 Days Desert trip and 2 Nights, in Desert.
